Eric Abbott's Family Lineage

Reese phillips
Uncle Reece, a man of lean build, but none stronger or wiser in the ways of raring animals. A self taught carpenter who built and nurtured his children to be the best he could be. Uncle Reece was a man who enjoyed a good glass of whiskey (and could drink most anyone under the table) I know of Uncle as the man who also shared the work load of the animals with Groden. I later found out they both came over from Trinidad and brought the land the family now occupies. They toiled and worked hard with the cow and pigs. I enjoyed going to Uncle's house because even as a grown man, I can remember his pig as being the biggest pig I've ever seen, a MONSTER. Those were the good old days when a man could be counted on to work hard without complaining. Now, as I visit Tobago at times, I hear more complaints just for taking out the garbage. Uncle was a hard working man, and even in his older years, ("80's picture Gallery") you can see him still working hard and putting me to work also. Loved it. Uncle was deceased in 2003.
